The New York Giants have just selected Evan Engram, tight end from Ole Miss, with the 23rd overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. Evan Engram is a great receiving tight end, but he struggles at blocking due to his lack of size. Engram is one of the best receivers in this entire class and will look to change the Giant’s tight end struggles of the past few years since the departures of star tight ends such as Jeremy Shockey and Martellus Bennett. If Engram does not find success as a tight end, he can always become a wide receiver. Engram will most likely be an impact starter starting in the first week of the NFL season.
